Membership
Type of membership required: (Annual)
- $300 [ ] Family (Includes all coaching fees for all training sessions)
- $200 [ ] Standard (Adult – Over the age of 20 as at December 31st, 2011)
- $30 [ ] Social (plus $5 per training session)
A $20 late fee will be imposed for payments received after 1st August.
